Across our city, at-risk youth need safe places to spend after-school hours, caring adults who can serve as role models, and affordable programming that helps them gain confidence and acquire skills.

Our growing service network includes Clubs, Camp Harbor View, and YSPN, which has a presence in police stations across the city:

Our 9 Clubs in Boston and Chelsea reflect the communities in which they are located. Some are free-standing facilities; some share space with middle and elementary schools. It is not the type of building that makes them Clubs, but the quality of the staff and the effectiveness of the programs that take place within them. Click here to learn more.

Our Youth Service Providers Network (YSPN) places licensed clinical social workers at police stations to provide prevention and intervention services and referrals to the city’s high-risk youth and their families. Click here to learn more.

BGCB operates Camp Harbor View, located on Long Island in Boston Harbor. The Camp, for ages 11 to 14, was created to provide a fun and safe environment where youth can challenge themselves, make new friends and experience a world beyond their neighborhoods, where violence has been on the rise. Boys & Girls Clubs of Boston's membership fee of just $25 annually per child  ($5 per teen) provides access to all age-appropriate programs and services offered by our Clubs.  YSPN is a free service. Summer camp programming has a separate enrollment fee.

Please note that in order to maintain our high standards of safety and effective program delivery in our Clubs and at our Camps, we sometimes use wait lists. For information about membership availability at particular Clubs or for specific age groups, please contact the Clubs directly.
