Welcome to post #41 of Club at Home! Every day, we share content that brings Club programs, traditions, and staff into the homes of members. Our goal is to provide the same fun and educational activities to our Club members and families, even while Clubs are physically closed.
Today, we check in with staff from our Clubs who share different activities for members across all age groups, including paper flowers, Stretch and Flex, STEM Tuesday, TikTok, Battleship, and rainbow grilled cheese!
Beginning this month, every BPS family will receive financial assistance for food under a program called Pandemic EBT (P-EBT). For more details, click here.
Today we’re sharing a poem from Morgan, which was submitted for the Adventure Club Great Outdoors Poetry Contest! The prompt was to write a poem in any style about being in nature.
Hiking the mountain
We were so close
And I wasn’t there when you had needed me the most.
Hiking the mountain
again and again
Now without you there as my friend
And as I hike night after night
I slowly realize you will never again be in my sight.
The answer to yesterday’s riddle: “Hey, bud!”
Tune in tomorrow to get a new riddle!
