Get to Know Kevin:
Kevin Kelly is the Divisional Executive, responsible for leading the specialist team that serves Small Business clients across markets in the Northeast Division. In this role, Kevin is focused on developing and executing strategies that drive responsible growth, deepen existing relationships, and acquire new clients.
Prior to this role, Kevin was the Regional Executive for Bank of America’s Consumer Banking and Merrill Edge line of business for Boston, Cape Cod, and Rhode Island. Responsibilities included leading a team of eight markets with over 225 client-facing professionals in Consumer and Merrill Edge by coaching and guiding Market Sales Managers throughout Massachusetts and Rhode Island. During his tenure in this role, Kevin effectively led his team through a myriad of changes including alignment and strategic focus.
Previous roles also include New England Regional Manager for the Wealth Management Banking group where he was responsible for the growth, deployment and development of over 70 Wealth Management Bankers across New England and Upstate New York.
Kevin originally joined Bank of America in January 2008 as the Premier Market Manager in Boston. Prior to Bank of America, Kevin held various management and leadership roles at Fidelity Investments for 15 years.
Kevin received a Bachelor of Arts degree from The University of Massachusetts – Boston and a Masters of Business Administration from the Suffolk University, Sawyer School of Business. Kevin has also held a Certification in Financial Planning, CFP® designation since 1999.
An alumnus of the Charlestown Boys and Girls Club, Kevin now serves as a member of the Advisory Board and an active club member in the community. Also, as the former Executive Sponsor for Bank of America’s MA/NH Chapter of the Military Support & Assistance Group (MSAG), Kevin remains active in military events and volunteer opportunities. Kevin is on the Advisory Board at Suffolk University’s Management Program in Boston advising on curriculum and events.
