Social Recreation

Today’s Social Recreation activity comes from Sevy and Braidie, Adventure Club leaders at the Edgerley Family South Boston Club! Adventure Club is our fun outdoor program in partnership with the Appalachian Mountain Club, but today’s activity, Adventure Club Bingo, is for all to participate!

Today is a beautiful day, so Sevy and Braidie encourage you to go outside if you are able. Remember to do so safely, keeping distance from others who aren’t in your household. Go where you can, whether it’s a yard or a park, or even the sidewalk. When you see something on the bingo card, take a picture and fill in the box. Five pictures in a row and you’ve got Bingo! Adjustments can be made for any of the boxes that might not apply to you (e.g. the boxes that says gear and food you would pack for camping can be amended to “gear you’d take to school” or “your favorite snack”). Send in your five pictures with a description of which box they fill to boysgirlsclubsboston@gmail.com. Winners will be posted on our BGCB social media, as well as the Edgerley Family South Boston Club Facebook page! And if you can’t get outside today, that’s okay. Get creative with the bingo card and play indoors!
