Caroline is a true example of a “Club Kid.” A member of the Charlestown Club since she was 6 years old, she still walks to the Club every day after school to continue giving back to her community.
Caroline is Vice President of Keystone, an active member of Charlestown Against Drugs, and takes part in service and volunteer projects to aid the elderly and homeless. Among her goals as Youth of the Year, Caroline wants to work to make the Club a positive and inclusive environment for all members, and encourage younger members to stay involved in the Club as they get older. She is praised as being someone who leads by example with maturity and sensitivity. Her lacrosse coach at Boston Latin School points to the fact that you can “often find Caroline sitting with the younger players on the bus, helping them with school work or offering guidance through the demands of being a student-athlete at a rigorously academic school.” With Caroline’s passion for helping others, specifically younger peers and Club members, it seems a natural fit that she wants to pursue studies in education and psychology.
