Welcome to post #42 of Club at Home! Every day, we share content that brings Club programs, traditions, and staff into the homes of members. Our goal is to provide the same fun and educational activities to our Club members and families, even while Clubs are physically closed.
Today, we check in with staff from our Clubs who share different activities for members across all age groups, including Wordy Wednesday, DIY parachutes, Guitar 101, and more!
Beginning this month, every BPS family will receive financial assistance for food under a program called Pandemic EBT (P-EBT). For more details, click here.

Haikus are traditional Japanese short poems that follow a strict syllable structure of 5-7-5 and are usually about nature. For this week’s Wordy Wednesday activity, School Age Education Coordinator Braidie challenges everyone at home to write a Haiku about summer.
Picture what a perfect summer day looks and feels like for you. Think about what you might see, feel, hear etc. Here’s an example:
Warm sun on my face
My toes dipped in the water
Green all around me
Don’t forget to share your Haiku with us! Tag us online or share videos with boysgirlsclubsboston@gmail.com.
