Yawkey Club teens should definitely have the chance to travel to India because it is a very rare opportunity to go abroad and experience a developing country. Going on this trip will be an eye opener as I will see both the extreme poverty and wealth that make up India. I expect to come back to the United States with a more holistic outlook on the world and how it works. I feel that am ready to try something new and am excited to create strong friendships with other teens in the program. I hope to return inspired for my senior year of high school.
