What are the after-school program hours?

Monday/Tuesday/Thursday/Friday: 2–6 p.m. (ages 6–13)
Wednesday: 1–6 p.m.

What is the policy for early pick-up and late pick-up?

Early pick-up can be done by visiting the front desk. Late pick-up may incur fees of $5 per minute for children under 12 years after 6 p.m. (or 4 p.m. on vacation days).

What should I do if my child needs to be absent or picked up early?

What are the Club’s behavior expectations?

Members must respect themselves, others, staff, property, and follow club rules for a positive and safe environment.

What meals are provided to children?

Free hot dinners/snacks are offered in the evening, and breakfast/lunch during vacation days.

Can my child bring a cell phone or other electronics to the Club?

Phones are allowed but can only be used at specific times under supervision. Taking pictures and social media posts about the Club are not permitted.

What happens in case of snow or bad weather?

Closings will be announced on TV news stations, and the One Call system will notify families.

What is the Club’s policy on bullying or inappropriate behavior?

There is zero tolerance for bullying, fighting, or any form of aggression, and violations may result in suspension or removal from the Club.

Are there opportunities for family engagement?

Yes, events such as Thanksgiving Dinner, parent workshops, and family play nights are held throughout the year.

How does the Club ensure my child’s safety?

Safety policies include background checks for staff, surveillance cameras, and mandatory reporting of safety concerns.
