What are the Club’s operating hours for after-school and vacation programs?

After-school: Ages 6-9, Mon-Fri 2-6 p.m.; Ages 10-18, Mon-Fri 1-8 p.m. Vacation days: Ages 6-18, Mon-Fri 10 a.m.-4 p.m.

What is the policy for picking up my child early or late?

Early pick-up: Parents must visit the front desk. Late pick-up fees may apply, and members must be picked up by 6 p.m.

What meals are provided for the children?

Free hot dinners and/or snacks are provided in the evening, and breakfast/lunch during vacation days. Special dietary needs can be accommodated.

Can my child bring a cell phone to the Club?

Phones are allowed but usage is restricted to certain times. Taking pictures or posting on social media is prohibited without permission.

What happens in case of snow or bad weather?

Closures are announced on TV news stations, and families will be notified through the One Call system.

What are the Club’s behavior expectations and disciplinary measures?

The Club has a zero-tolerance policy for bullying, fighting, and other forms of aggression, with progressive discipline including suspension or expulsion.

What should my child wear at the Club?

Members should dress appropriately, avoiding clothing with references to drugs, sex, or violence, and no sagging pants or half-shirts.

What safety measures are in place at the Club?

Safety is a priority, with security cameras, background checks for staff, and mandatory reporting of incidents. The Club has a strict supervision policy.

Are there opportunities for family engagement?

Yes, events like Thanksgiving Dinner, parent workshops, and volunteering opportunities are available throughout the year.

How does the Club handle lost items?

Lost items are stored in a designated area behind the front desk and are cleared out weekly if unclaimed.
