Get to Know Bruce:

Bruce Jacobs is the Chief Financial Officer at Kymera Therapeutics and Immediate Past Chair of the Board of Directors at Boys & Girls Clubs of Boston (BGCB). He is an alumnus of the Boys & Girls Club of Bellevue, Washington.

Bruce’s involvement with BGCB began more than 15 years ago when he joined the Board of Trustees. After serving three years as the Chair of the Board of Trustees, in 2012 he moved onto the Board of Directors and became Chair in 2017. Throughout the years, Bruce actively served on numerous committees including Investment, Pension, Governance, and Revenue Development. In addition, he was a founding member and Co-Chair of BGCB’s Champion Society. He believes we have a responsibility to invest in the youth of our city as they are the future of Boston.

Bruce graduated magna cum laude from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and earned a Master of Business Administration from Harvard Business School. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst.
